With an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate, Morsa Aziz brings experience and professionalism to her position as Senior Loan Consultant with Metro Mutual Mortgage.
Morsa is extremely knowledgeable in a variety of loan programs, including first-time buyer, zero-down, interest-only, FHA and VA, to name just a few. Using her strong communication and people skills, Morsa works closely with each individual client to ensure they receive the loan best suited to meet their immediate and long-term financial goals.
Offering excellent levels of customer service, Morsa is a business major and also has experience in the retail industry. She is trilingual (English, Assyrian and Arabic) and is a member of the Oakland Chamber of Commerce.
Leisure time is spent pursuing hobbies including dance, interior decorating, fashion and traveling to the wine countries where she particularly enjoys wine-tasting. Morsa also donates time to the Assyrian Aid Society and is a member of the San Francisco Assyrian Church.
